Nancy Ph.D., The Ohio State University) is Professor of International Business and Executive Director of the Centre for Creativity and Innovation at Boise State University. Her most recent books are “Insight: Encouraging Aha! Moments for Organizational Success” and “The Creative Discipline: Mastering the Art and Science of Innovation.” Her articles appear in such journals as: Creativity and Innovation Management, Journal of Management Inquiry, Human Resource Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management Studies, and Journal of International Business Studies.

Gundars Kaupins

The program is co-written by Gundars Kaupins (Ph.D., University of Iowa) Professor of Management and Chair of Management Department at Boise State University and Senior Professional in Human Resources. His publications include over 300 articles in social networking and location monitoring ethics, Baltic studies, and living cases in journals such as the Academy of Management Perspectives, Employee Responsibilities and Rights Journal, and International Journal of Technology and Human Interaction. Some of his radio programs are co-written by his human resource management students.
