Facing the Inferno: The Wildfire Photography of Kari Greer

A New Exhibition at the Idaho State Museum The devastating effects of wildfires have captivated the nation. Facing the Inferno: The Wildfire Photography of Kari Greer, an exhibition organized by Moscow Contemporary, opens on April 9 at the Idaho State Museum. Greer, a former firefighter who specializes in editorial photojournalism and wildland fire photography, provides a look into the increased fire activity across Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Witness the intensity of wildfires and the experiences of the firefighters who face them through 64 powerful images and programming exploring Idaho’s connection to forest management. Facing the Inferno runs until August 7.
