Jackie Greene: 'Somewhere Bound'

Jackie Greene, a talented singer-songwriter out of California, was discovered at an open-mic night in 2001. Greene has been favorably compared to greats such as Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen. His latest release is Sweet Somewhere Bound.

In touring to support that release, Greene is playing some shows with rock legend Mark Knopfler this summer. The World Café's Michaela Majoun spoke to Greene, who also played some songs for us.
