My Morning Jacket is a five-piece rock band from Louisville, Kentucky. Their newest release, Z, is full of their trademark sound -- rock with a hint of country and metal.

And their new songs add a new twist, as leader Jim James's visually evocative lyrics are balanced with more pronounced keyboard and electronics work.
