Part 2: Three Mountain West States Don't Have A Traditional Insanity Defense —That Could Change Soon

Now we have the second installment of our two part series on the insanity defence.  As you heard yesterday, most states in the U.S. have a traditional insanity defense but four don’t, including three right here in the Mountain West.
