Chris Bragg

Chris Bragg has been a Professor of Communication at the College of Southern Idaho since 1994 and currently serves as the Associate Dean of Institutional Effectiveness at CSI.  As a graduate of Jerome High School, the College of Southern Idaho, and Boise State University, Chris has spent almost 40 years in southern Idaho and is a long-time listener of KBSU.

As a former speech and debate coach and critical thinking instructor, Chris is a big fan of Morning Edition and All Things Considered.  He listens to both daily as he commutes to and from work.  Chris views his service on the Community Advisory Board as a way to give back to KBSU and NPR for all that they have given him, and as a way to further strengthen the connection between KBSU and the College of Southern Idaho.  Chris is married to Lanie, a sixth-grade science teacher at Jerome Middle School, and has two children, Ethan and Emily.  Besides working and listening to public radio, Chris enjoys spending time in the Idaho outdoors along with following professional and collegiate baseball and softball.

Chris joined the community advisory board in November 2018.
