Experience
As executive director of the organization, I focus on management and leadership, including long-term financial stability, digital transformation, editorial growth and partnerships. I get to work across different departments with our great staff here. I joined Boise State Public Radio in 2016. In 2018 I helped launch the Mountain West News Bureau, a collaboration of five public media organizations across five states, and serve as its managing director. That same year I also helped launch Idaho Matters, our weekday public affairs program. I have sought to expand our editorial capacity, through grants and donations.
Prior to Boise State Public Radio, I founded Marfa Public Radio, building it from the ground up from a sole-service into a regional network in southwest Texas.
