Health officials have announced Idaho’s first three deaths due to coronavirus – 13 days after the state confirmed its first case of COVID-19.
Two of the men were from Blaine County – one over the age of 60 and the other older than 80. It’s unclear whether they had underlying health conditions.
Blaine County has been the epicenter of Idaho’s outbreak, with the state reporting 52 cases as of Wednesday evening.
The third man was more than 70 years old from Canyon County who did have other health issues.
State officials didn’t say when these men died.
Idaho has been under a stay-at-home order since Wednesday after the declaration was made by Gov. Brad Little (R)
