McCall stations back on air after electrical outage (June 19, 2024)

UPDATE (6/25/2024, 2:15 a.m.): McCall stations are back on the air. Some brief interruptions may continue as our engineers configure things, but the should not last long.

Thank you for your patience.

UPDATE (6/25/2024, 8:30 a.m.): The outage in McCall is caused by a power outage which damaged one of our network routers. Boise State Public Radio engineers are en route to the site today (Tuesday) to attempt to replace it.

Engineers anticipate being back on air by mid-afternoon today.

Thank you to all the McCall area listeners who called in during the outage to remind us of how much they miss listening to our stations. We have missed you too!

UPDATE (6/21/2024, 11:40 a.m.): Brundage Stations are continuing to be off the air due to equipment issues. Boise State Public Radio engineers will be able to get there early in the week of June 24 to further assess and ideally remediate the issue.

ORIGINAL POST: Our site at Brundage lost electrical power midday Tuesday, causing our McCall stations to go off air. A technician will be on site Thursday, June 20 to assess the situation and determine a fix – we apologize for the inconvenience.
