Paul Stribling
Program DirectorPaul Stribling was Boise State Public Radio's program director from 2011-2023.
I’m responsible for the overall sound of Boise State Public Radio’s network of stations. From the style of our announcers to which programs are broadcast at what times, I oversee all of the programming. Whether it’s engaging news or music, I want you to value and enjoy what you hear. I work with a talented team here and we strive to offer you the best public radio has to offer.
Before coming to Boise in 2011, I spent more than 30 years helping build WFAE in Charlotte, North Carolina into one of the leading NPR news/talk stations in the southeast.
When I’m not focused on radio format details I like to collect & listen to all kinds of music. I’ve worn out my Shazam app trying to track down interesting songs I hear in tv shows. Longmire is my favorite tv series, with Bosch also near the top. 1883 & Yellowstone are gaining momentum.
