How do Idaho lawmakers learn to be better negotiators? They go to school, of course.

Turns out, there’s an academy for lawmakers to become better legislators. It’s run by the Council of State Governments West. The group's director, Edgar Ruiz, says CSG West also works to bring Idaho legislators together.

He says it's all part of being a better lawmaker.

“How to be a better negotiator, how to manage your time better as a legislator, how to work better across the aisle with your colleagues in the other party,” says Ruiz.

We’ll also go in search of the missing Idaho Health Care Plan--where did it go?

And should Idaho have a state dessert?
