Todd Achilles

Todd Achilles served on our CAB until September 2023.

Todd grew up on a family farm in Oregon as a 4H kid, showing sheep at the county fair. He is currently CEO of Evoca.tv, a Nextgen TV service delivering advanced digital services to Boise and similar communities across the US. A former Army tank officer, Todd has spent his civilian career in product, engineering and marketing roles within the tech and telecom sectors, including executive roles at T-Mobile and Hewlett-Packard. In addition to CAB, Todd also sits on the boards of the Atlantic Council, the Frank Church Institute at Boise State University and the Idaho Center for Fiscal Policy. Todd lives in the Wood River Valley with his wife and two daughters.
