What Trump's H-1B visa fee means for U.S. companies

On Friday, President Trump signed a new executive order that added a new $100,000 fee to companies for H-1B visas, given to highly skilled foreign workers. The technology and other industries spent the weekend trying to get clarity on the new rules.
