At a Missouri prison, incarcerated people can earn tattoo licenses

Prisons provide vocational training to incarcerated people, since stable employment after they leave makes them less likely to return. A new program in Missouri allows people serving time to earn a tattoo license, which also reduces the risk of infections and illness from contraband tattoos.
