As Democratic-led states block ICE cooperation deals, local sheriffs push back

Several New York state sheriffs are suing the governor for signing a law banning ICE cooperation agreements. It's just the latest such lawsuit challenging state bans on these controversial deals and unlikely to be the last, according to experts.
