Hurricane Isaias gains strength in the Gulf of Mexico

Hurricane Isaias has quickly gained steam in the Gulf of Mexico, becoming the first Atlantic hurricane of the season. Florida and Alabama have declared states of emergency in a number of counties, and Florida has ordered evacuations along the panhandle.
