The crew at Treefort Music Fest is already in planning mode for the fourth annual extravaganza.
The expanded five-day festival will be held in downtown Boise March 25-29. Eager music lovers will be able to buy discounted $50 "Early Bird" tickets on Saturday at 10 a.m. Last year those tickets sold out in just five minutes, so plan to keep your hand hovering over your mouse if you want in on the discounts.

Two Hundred passes will be for sale at an Early Bird price of $50. Once Early Bird passes sell-out, Discovery passes will be available for $119. Discovery passes are 5-day general admission wristbands priced at a discount right up until the first artist announcement. As Treefort focuses on emerging talent, we want to reward those who have grown to trust the festival. The price of 5-day passes will raise to $139 when the first round of artists is announced. Finally on March 1, 2015, prices will raise to $159. Treefort’s upgrade passes, Zipline and Secret Handshake, will also go on-sale at 10 AM MT on Saturday, September 20. All 5-day passes include admission to every Treefort Music Fest venue and the Main Stage over the course of the festival (taking place March 25-29, 2015) plus entry into the Treefort Launch Party (details forthcoming). Each venue is subject to capacity limitations and entry will be on a first come, first served basis.
The festival is also debuting a new website, which includes a detailed account of the organization's business model and indie roots. The group formed Treefort LLC this summer.
Festival director Eric Gilbert says the site has improved functionality and does a lot of the "heavy lifting" for the Treefort team. He says it will give fans new ways to get to know the acts coming to the festival as they're announced, with the first band announcement coming sometime before Christmas.
