We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Adolescent and Adult Sensory Processing Workshop, led by a licensed and board-certified occupational therapy assistant. This group is designed to help teens and adults better understand their sensory processing patterns and learn practical strategies to improve focus, reduce stress, and feel more balanced in everyday life.
What you can expect:
• Guided activities to explore how your senses affect daily routines
• Practical tools and strategies for regulation and self-care
• Education on how to better manage overwhelming environments
• A supportive, confidential space to connect with others
Group Details:
📅 Date: Saturday October 25th
🕒 Time: 1:30 – 3:30 pm
📍 Location: Ada Therapy Services, 270 S. Orchard St, Suite B, Boise, ID 83705
⏱️ Duration: up to 2 hours
💲 Cost: $30 per person, price includes sensory tools that you’ll take home with you!
Who can join?
This group is open to anyone age 16 years to 95+ years old of all backgrounds. No diagnosis or physician referral is required—just an interest in learning about sensory processing and how it impacts daily life. Friends and family are welcome to register too!
