“CHRISTMAS MEMORIES” WITH CAPITAL CITY SOUND CHORUS
Holiday carols will ring from the rafters at Capital City Sound’s annual Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 17th, at the Covenant Presbyterian Church, 4848 N Five Mile Road (on the corner of Five Mile and McMillan), Boise. “Christmas Memories” begins at 2:00 p.m. and features traditional favorites as well as novelty songs.
Come listen to vibrant, lively a cappella arrangements of Christmas songs sung in delightful four-part harmony. Capital City Sound Chorus delivers the ringing, rich chords that give barbershop its unique sound. The show will also feature wonderful quartets from Capital City Sound members and guest quartets. New and old Christmas Chorus members come from Meridian, Boise, Nampa, Eagle, Caldwell, Huntington, Kuna, and Twin Falls.
As an added bonus, the afternoon will also include a silent auction and gift-packaged bake sale items. Doors will open at 1:00 PM to browse the auction items and bake sale. Doors into the seating area will open at 1:30 PM.
This show is family-friendly and guaranteed to fill you with holiday cheer. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students, and may be purchased online at http://capitalcitysound.bpt.me or at the door.
