Community Sourced Innovation: Building a Better Boise - a Design Thinking Event

Community Sourced Innovation: Building a Better Boise - a Design Thinking Event

Join City Club of Boise for an engaging and interactive workshop that blends design thinking with artificial intelligence (AI) to tackle some of Boise's most pressing challenges. This interactive workshop mixes design thinking and artificial intelligence (AI) in a hands-on problem-solving workshop. Learn how to use AI for good and design solutions for a better Boise through scrappy and agile methods. During this workshop we’ll generate ideas and creative conversations around some of Boise’s biggest challenges and areas for growth: housing, transportation, education, outdoor space, environment, food systems, and the creative economy. Whether you code in your sleep or AI is just two letters, everyone is welcome.

Our aim is to foster community engagement and collaborative problem-solving, equipping participants with foundational skills in innovative thinking and AI application. The ideas and qualitative data generated during this session will be further developed in collaboration with the Idaho Policy Institute at Boise State University and other community serving organizations.

Join us and contribute to making Boise a better place for all. Your creativity and input are valuable, and together, we can drive positive change.

Thank you to our partners Against for your thought leadership and to JUMP for hosting this community event!
