Explore the vibrant diversity of Idaho's artistic landscape at Northwestern Nazarene University's Friesen Galleries during the "Elemental" exhibition. Immerse yourself in the collective ingenuity of four distinguished artists, each bringing a unique perspective to the theme of "Elemental." Nicole Hitchcock transforms the mundane into the extraordinary, employing tapestry-like layers of papers, paint, metals, and resin; Michael Norsk's abstract artworks overflow with thoughtful, meditative detail; Gary Peer blurs the line between art and nature with stunning wood sculptures; and Beth Trott, a Watercolorist, abandons her representational art background to explore nature in abstraction.

This free and public event welcomes art enthusiasts and the community to experience the diverse perspectives of these Idaho artists. The exhibition runs from February 1st to March 29th, 2024, open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm, and by appointment - friesengalleries@nnu.edu
