Forest Bathing with Earthly Delights By Nature

Forest Bathing with Earthly Delights By Nature

Developing or deepening your relationship with the natural world is like cultivating any other relationship—it requires attention and sustained commitment. Luckily, spending time in nature brings many scientifically documented health benefits, from reduced stress and lower blood pressure to increased creativity.

Join Casey O’Leary, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, for a month of weekly forest bathing walks to bring us into greater connection with the spring season in the Garden. Gathering weekly with a group also offers the opportunity to make new connections with a supportive cohort as well!

A "forest bath" doesn't require a swimsuit, or even water! Instead, we'll practice slowing down and using our senses to explore the more-than-human world around us. For the best experience wear layers of clothes to be comfy in all-weather as this is an outdoor experience. You can also bring a folding chair or blanket if you prefer that to sitting on the ground.

Note: Preregistration for the four-part series is required.
