Free Flow Arts Spin Jam

Free Flow Arts Spin Jam

*Free
All props provided in children's and adult sizes
*All ages and skill levels welcome and encouraged to come!

Instructor: Krissy Humphreys

Flow arts (also known as spinning) is a unique, movement-based art form that combines expression through dance and movement with prop manipulation. Poi (weighted balls on strings), hula hoops, staff, fans and flow wand are some of the more common props used in flow arts.
Spin Jams are social gatherings for flow artists and anyone curious about flow arts. They offer an inclusive, welcoming space where people of all skill levels can explore prop-based manipulation. These gatherings are the heart of the community, bringing people together to share ideas, connect, and grow.
