Heidi Muller & Bob Webb In Concert

Heidi Muller & Bob Webb In Concert
Northwest songwriter duo from Joseph, OR performs original songs and old-time tunes with crystalline vocals, guitars, mountain dulcimers, mandolin and electric cello.
Heidi Muller and Bob Webb cross the musical boundaries between original songs and traditional tunes, blending each other’s influences from the Pacific Northwest to the Appalachian Mountains. Their songs feature Muller’s crystalline vocals backed by Appalachian dulcimers, guitars, mandolin, and electric cello. They have recorded four albums together, in addition to Muller’s five previous solo CDs. Both veteran performers – Muller, a poetic, descriptive songwriter since the ‘80s, and Webb, an accompanist who played for years in the house band for NPR’s Mountain Stage live performance radio show – are warm and engaging as they share their stories and love of the music. Muller's song, "Good Road," was the theme song of Northwest Public Radio's Inland Folk show for 30 years. Performing at festivals and folk clubs such as the Kerrville Folk Festival and Passim, she toured from her home base in Seattle during the 1990's before moving back east and joining forces with Webb in West Virginia. Now living in Joseph, OR, they host the annual music camp, Dulcimer Week in the Wallowas. For more information, please visit www.heidimuller.com.
