The GOV, the legendary masters of the genre-bending, high-energy country/disco/metal, are back for a 10th Anniversary Reunion event. Ten years ago, The GOV was birthed onstage at the VAC during the final Evil Wine Carnival, and now they’re returning to the very stage where it all began.

In addition to performing their classic hits, The GOV will also be recording songs live for an upcoming album. This is your chance to be part of history – or at least to make a lot of noise in the background!

Joining The GOV are some equally beautiful acts: Shadow & Claw with their chest-heavy blackened sludge metal, “the street echos” providing dream pop, A Mighty Band of Microbes adding a Klezmer touch of mayhem, and Tommy Dirtweed with a snarling rock and roll set. To top it all off, interpretive performance artist J. Mantooth will present new works in a truly unique light.

Doors open at 7:00 PM sharp. Show up late, and you’ll miss out on prime real estate. The music and performance art begin promptly at 8:00 PM – no lollygagging, dilly-dallying, or mucking about.
