The Great Homes Tour

The Great Homes Tour

Great Homes Tour is a new, free community event showcasing new homes from four esteemed builders in three desirable Treasure Valley communities. Event attendees will experience the latest in home design and new construction while they get a first-hand look at nine exceptional homes. From innovative floor plans to upscale amenities, visitors will explore meticulously crafted homes, gaining insight into the quality and attention to detail that define each builder’s work.

In addition to the three showcase homes in each community, you can explore other available homes in each community, and enjoy events such as community block parties, food trucks, giveaways, and an open-air market each Sunday.

Friday April 26 – Sunday April 28, 2024 & Friday May 3 – Sunday May 5, 2024 | 12pm to 7pm

Giving Back - The Great Homes Tour aims to support CATCH, a non-profit that assists people experiencing homelessness in the Treasure Valley, in a variety of ways during this event. In addition to the $500 donation for each home sold, there will be a silent auction during the invite-only Realtor VIP Night, and raffles open to event attendees and all proceeds will go to CATCH.

CATCH representatives will be on hand at the event to share more about their mission and to forge partnerships in the community to ensure that homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring for people in the Treasure Valley.
