Walk for Apraxia

Walk for Apraxia

During the Walk for Apraxia, participants will have an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of those diagnosed with a rare speech disability called childhood apraxia of speech (CAS) and can raise funds supporting the mission of the non-profit, Apraxia Kids. The day will include light activities, a ceremony honoring each registered individual with this diagnosis, and walking to spread awareness. Registration is FREE! All ages and abilities are welcome.

Apraxia Kids develops, sustains, and offers resources crucial to those navigating this diagnosis. Programs include support for making connections and awareness efforts, educational opportunities for families and professionals, support of research, and much more. By joining the Walk, you are making our apraxia community tighter, stronger, and ready for the road ahead.
