We would love to share an awesome event with you in the hopes we can get listed on your community calendar. We are a non-profit association getting ready to host our first Dozer Day in the Boise area. Dozer Day is an annual community event hosted by the excavation industry to give kids an opportunity to operate real heavy construction equipment and enjoy many other excavation-related activities for less than the cost of going to the movies. Dozer day has something for everyone with food trucks, giveaways, pipe and tire crawls, fire trucks, and many other awesome activities. Kids get to hop into the cab of heavy equipment so they & their families learn about the construction & utility industry and career choices in the trades. This event showcases construction-based career choices while raising money from which grants are made to local children’s charities, schools & to support the excavation industry through education, safety training & workforce development funds.
Tickets are on sale online now!! (Event is geared towards ages 2-12 but we may be able to accommodate older kids on a few machines on a case by case basis) ✅ Purchase Your Tickets at: https://idaho.dozerday.org/ Date: Oct 4th & 5th 11am-4pm Location: DTEC – 3324 S Milwaukee St, Boise
