TEEN ONLY EVENT:
Young Women and Leadership events bring together 9th-12th grade students to hear from inspirational leaders, grow in their developmental journey, and network.
The 5th Young Women and leadership event will be hosted Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Boise State University campus starting at 8:00 a.m. MST and conclude around 2:00 p.m. MST. Welcoming both boys and girls, our YOUNG conference format will combine keynote presentations from accomplished women leaders in a variety of fields, skills-based training sessions that focus on personal and professional development, and an evening Networking with Influencer’s Reception that enables attendees to connect with community mentors and sponsors to help develop their personal networks.
Registration is $20 to all 9th -12th high school-aged students. Registration is required to participate. Please register no later than February 20th, 2025.
Keynote speakers:
Stefanie Couch is a seasoned sales and marketing executive turned business coach, Stefanie honed her skills in the construction industry and a Fortune 500 corporation. Now, she empowers others with her millennial perspective, insights on confidence building, AI technology, entrepreneurship, and innovative growth strategies. A well recognized speaker, LinkedIn influencer, and entrepreneur, Stefanie is transforming future leaders and the business landscape.
Jamaica Gayle is the Senior Director of Sustainability and Environmental Affairs at CRA. In her position, she manages CRA’s Sustainability and Environmental Affairs committees and leads efforts to advance these issues across food, agriculture, and plant-based product value chains. Jamaica is the recipient of the 2025 Climate Hero of the Year Award, a world's premier business Stevie (R) Award as well as the 2024 Trellis Group's 30 Under 30 list, a recognition celebrating young professionals who are driving positive change in corporate sustainability.
