Coronavirus Fears Postpone Boise's 2020 Treefort Music Fest

Treefort Music Fest

Treefort Music Fest organizers announced this morning that the upcoming event will be postponed until September because of fears around the Coronavirus outbreak.

The music and storytelling festival was scheduled March 25-29 and will now be rescheduled for September 23-27.

As of now, no one in Idaho has been identified with the virus, but a press release said the festival decided to delay the festival because it was "determined that postponing the festival is the best option for the Treasure Valley, the far-reaching Treefort community and the individuals and organizations that support Treefort Music Fest."

We will update this story as more information becomes available.
