Experience

I joined Boise State Public Radio in 2017, but have been a longtime listener and fan. Being in the membership department, I get to help plan our fundraising and work directly with members. As Event Coordinator, my real love lies in community engagement and partnering with the organizations and people that are doing incredible things in our shared world. I love creating connections in our community that elevate, inform and showcase the good work that is being done by so many. And, I get to plan parties!

My background is in nonprofit work and volunteerism, and I learned the importance of civic responsibility early in life. I spent four years working directly for the wife of late Senator Frank Church (Bethine Church) which was an invaluable opportunity. I also have a passion for science, running, snowboarding and riding my motorcycle.
