As state lawmakers sift through the nearly 400 bills introduced this session, two of them have been moving quickly, but quietly, through the chambers.
One of them deals with who pays for the medical forensic exam that gathers the evidence in sexual assault cases. The other has to do with when, and what, assets law enforcement can seize, like cash or cars -- even if no one has committed a crime.
