Boston Enlists Fishermen for Terrorism Watch

Massachusetts is letting clammers back into Boston Harbor's mudflats -- if they help watch for suspicious activity. After the Sept. 11 terrorism attacks, the harbor was closed to fishermen digging for clams because of its proximity to Logan Airport. NPR's Chris Arnold reports.
