Russia's recent attacks on Ukraine killed at least 13, wounded dozens more

Russia launched a huge wave of attacks on Ukraine’s capital Kyiv overnight. Ukraine says some of the 500 drones and 74 missiles got through defenses, killing at least 13 people and wounding at least 90 others.
