Oil Platforms in the Gulf shut down in preparation for Hurricane Isaias

Isaias is expected to make landfall as the season's first Atlantic hurricane. Oil rigs and refineries on the Gulf Coast are evacuating, but experts don't anticipate much of an impact on gas prices.
