This group is designed to help adults better understand their sensory processing patterns and learn practical strategies to improve focus, reduce stress, and feel more balanced in everyday life.

💲 Cost: $30 per person, price includes sensory tools that you’ll take home with you!

Who can join?
This group is open to anyone age 16 years to 95+ years old of all backgrounds. No diagnosis or physician referral is required—just an interest in learning about sensory processing, how it impacts daily life, and an ability to participate in a group setting. Friends and family are welcome to register too!
