Anne Olow is the Director of People Initiatives at Balsam Brands, responsible for all aspects of the team member experience. Anne has experience building and scaling People processes, such as measuring engagement, team member onboarding and benefits, mindfully building culture, and company events. Anne believes that by combining empathetic leadership with people analytics, companies can build workplaces that support their team members' careers while allowing them to be their authentic selves
