For more than 22 years, A New Beginning Adoption Agency has walked alongside children and families through ethical infant adoption and foster-adoption. Public Works Week Expo is a free, family-friendly event that celebrates the contributions of Meridian's Public Works professionals and helps educate the community about their essential role in infrastructure maintenance and service. Expo features exhibits, demonstrations, and educational activities, providing a chance to learn about the Department's services, including water and wastewater management, environmental programs, recycling, and trash collection and disposal.
Wandercraft is supplying a free craft night hosted by Books on the Vine every Thursday! Join us for a different craft every week, from bookmarks to journals and roses made from pages. Feel free to share ideas too! We also have a craft swap once a month and keep supplies in store to craft on other days!

This ongoing class is designed for entry-level and experienced students alike, looking for more practice time on the pottery wheel. Experienced clay instructor, Casey Gurr, will offer guided, small-group instruction for anyone interested in learning the basics of throwing on the pottery wheel. More advanced students are welcome to use this time to practice what they already know and try new tricks! After creating about 1-3 pieces, we will dry and fire their pieces for them. Most pieces are ready for pickup in 2-3 weeks.

We are so thrilled to announce our returning to Lloyd Square Park in the heart of Downtown Nampa for the 37th season at the multi-award winning Nampa Farmers Market! EverySaturday from 9am until 130pm, Rain or Shine, april through November, we'll be here to bring you the best music, the best local produce, and the best locally made goods the Treasure Valley has to offer! With over 270 vendors on our roster in 2025, and Online Ordering Year Round, we anticipate our 2026 season to bring even more incredible local artisans, food vendors, craft vendors, farmers, or ranchers. Our Soft Opening is April 4, Grand Opening is April 18, and we'll be open later hours duing our WInter Wonderland for the entire month of November. Ceramics teach a number of a valuable skills, including perseverance, patience, problem solving, and creativity! Bring your kiddos in to come and play with clay and learn how to use this fun medium to create functional and decorative pieces.
We'll alternate between learning the basics of handbuilding, wheel throwing, and glazing each week, so sign your kids up for multiple sessions to give them the full experience! Each student will proudly come out of class with at least one or two ceramic pieces that they built themselves. Ceramic artists and experienced teachers, Mindy Curran & Ben Alexander, will facilitate this class.

Ballet Idaho presents Cinderella
Step into the fairytale with Ballet Idaho’s Cinderella, the final production of the season, June 5–6 at the Morrison Center. Choreographed by Artistic Director Garrett Anderson and Associate Artistic Director Anne Mueller, this newly imagined ballet brings the beloved story to life with elegant choreography, theatrical beauty, and Sergei Prokofiev’s lush, cinematic score.
From Cinderella’s humble home to the glittering world of the Prince’s ballroom, audiences will experience a timeless story of hope, humor, transformation, and love. Grand without being gaudy and family-accessible without feeling childish, Cinderella is a beautiful introduction to ballet for new audiences and a richly layered story ballet for longtime fans.

The Astro Adventures camp is dedicated to cultivating camper’s innate curiosity about space science and exploration of the cosmos. Through hands-on activities, group challenges, and engaging presentations tailored to address Idaho State Science Standards, campers will learn how astronomy connects the everyday to everything, the commonplace to outer space. Campers will also learn about the role Idaho has played and continues to play in NASA-supported efforts to explore other worlds.
