Join us every Wednesday in the Boise Brewing taproom for trivia with Geeks Who Drink, hosted by Professor Truman. Stretch those brain muscles and test your knowledge of random trivia facts, including music and film clip rounds! Plus, you have a chance to win beer in every round! Top 3 finishing teams each week receive Boise Brewing gift certificates.

This is a live showcase of two Boise local Psych-Rock and Jam bands. Live in the Shrine Basement on August 20th!

This is an Open Community Race put on by the Centennial High School Cross Country Team to raise funds for travel and race fees. It is a 2 mile loop around Kleiner park.

Tournament Details:

• 32-team single elimination bracket

• 4 tables running simultaneously

• 8-minute time-limited games

• Derby-themed special rules including the Jammer Cup and Blocker Cups

• Prizes for 1st and 2nd place

• MVP Team Award: crowd and participant vote throughout the night

• TVRD merch available on-site

All proceeds benefit Treasure Valley Roller Derby, Idaho's only WFTDA roller derby league. Your registration directly supports league travel, skater development, and our growing community.

Have a broken household item you've been meaning to fix? Bring it to Repair Café Boise on Thursday, August 27, from 4–7 p.m. at JUMP. Hosted by the City of Boise and JUMP, this free community event connects residents with skilled volunteers who can help repair your item or provide guidance on the best next steps if it can't be fixed. Each participant may bring one item weighing 50 pounds or less that they can carry throughout the event.

Over the past four years, volunteers have helped repair everything from necklaces, clocks, and lamps to vacuums, saving residents money while keeping usable items out of the landfill. This year's event marks the 8th Repair Café Boise, continuing a community tradition of repairing instead of replacing.
