Harmonies of a 'Chanticleer Christmas'

The twelve men of Chanticleer, one of America's premiere vocal ensembles, present a program of a cappella music at the St. Vincent Church in Petaluma, Calif.

Named after the clear-singing rooster in Geoffrey Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, this "orchestra of voices" performs Renaissance Christmas hymns and classic carols under the direction of Joseph Jennings. NPR's Fred Child hosts.
