Morning Edition host Renee Montagne makes a guest appearance on WXPN's music show World Cafe to mark the program's move to NPR.

Montagne talks with World Cafe host David Dye about her top five favorite songs. The program offers a new top five list, selected by listeners, every Friday.

World Cafe started on WXPN 15 years ago and has since become a popular showcase for new artists such as Earlimart and The Decemberists as well as classic groups like The Byrds. World Cafe makes a formal move to NPR on Friday, July 1, 2005.
