Lori Vallow has been found incompetentto stand trial.
A clinical psychologist performed an assessment that found her "not competent to proceed" and recommended "restorative treatment."
As East Idaho News reports, this prompted District Judge Steven Boyce to put a hold on the multiple charges she faces.

This comes after news that Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow could face the death penalty after being indicted on multiple murder charges. Those include the deaths of Vallow's two children and Daybell’s former wife.
Prosecutors are contesting the finding, but there will be a hearing to discuss the finding further. It’s not clear whether that hearing would be open to the public.
