The Idaho Legislature has drafted its first bill for the 2018 session and it concerns a familiar issue from last year.
The bill would reduce the amount of money that employers pay in taxes to the unemployment insurance fund. It would cut business taxes by $115 million over three years.
Lawmakers failed to pass the measure last year.
