It doesn't look like lawmakers at the legislature will be going home when they planned to on Monday, March 25. Known as the Sine Die date, Monday was supposed to be their last day.

Boise State Political Science Professor Gary Moncrief tells Samantha Wright that things are fraying as the deadline looms and Medicaid Expansion continues to keep lawmakers in Boise.

Gary and Samantha have a podcast called “Legislative Breakdown.” We pick apart the Idaho Legislature each week to find out how it affects YOU.

Find “Legislative Breakdown” in the NPR One app.
