Jeff Galloway has been a major name in the running community since before his appearance in the 1972 Olympics. Since then, Jeff’s books, personal coaching and training groups have reached thousands. He's visiting the Treasure Valley this week for a series of talks, and joins Idaho Matters to share his tips on running and training.
