Plus, all 105 legislative seats are up for grabs (although, not all of those seats are contested).One of Idaho's U.S. Senate seats is on the ballot, plus both House of Representatives seats.Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter, a Republican, is running for a rare third term. Boise State Public Radio To Broadcast 6 Political Debates

Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 7, KBSX News will broadcast a series of political election debates being produced by Idaho Public Television.

The Idaho Debates are a collaboration of the League of Women Voters, the Idaho Press Club, Idaho Public Television, and Boise State University.

Here is the schedule:

  • Oct. 7, 7-8 p.m. Secretary of State
  • Oct. 9, 7-8 p.m. 1st Congressional District
  • Oct. 21, 7-8 p.m. Superintendent of Public Instruction
  • Oct. 30, 7-8:30 p.m. Governor
  • Oct. 30, 8:30-9 p.m. Lieutenant Governor
  • Nov. 3, 7-8 p.m. 2nd Congressional District (Rescheduled)

All debates will be broadcast on KBSX News 91.5 FM (KBSW 91.7, KBSQ 90.7, KBSY 88.5, KBSJ 91.3, KBSS 91.1).
