European Union bows to Trump in new trade deal

President Trump announced a new trade deal with the European Union on Monday. Most EU exports to the U.S. will face a 15% tariff. The EU agreed to lift all tariffs on U.S. goods.

We speak to Bloomberg columnist Lionel Laurent about why the EU backed down from a looming trade war.
