Join us for a transformative day retreat designed to immerse you in various styles of meditation. This enriching experience will guide you through mindfulness practices, help you find stillness, and teach you techniques to overcome the monkey-mind. You will also embark on shamanic journeys to connect with your power animal and spirit guides, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. You will be expertly guided through beautiful journeys of expansion.

• Opening and Closing Ceremony: Experience sacred practice to amplify your meditation sessions.
• Mindfulness Practices: Engage in guided mindfulness exercises that cultivate awareness and presence in the moment.
• Finding Stillness & Surrender: Experience techniques to quiet the mind and embrace the stillness within, allowing for profound inner peace.

• Shamanic Journeying: Participate in guided shamanic journeys to connect with your power animal and spirit guides, unlocking wisdom and guidance from the spiritual realm.

• Discussion and Connection: Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences within the group. (Optional)
• Healthy Lunch: We will take various breaks and a lunch break. Food will be provided. Coffee, tea and water are also available.
WHAT TO BRING
• Limited floor cushions and blankets are available on a first come, first serve basis. Feel free to bring your favorite cushion/pillow and blanket for comfort. Some meditations will be conducted lying down. Seating is available for those that feel they can't sit on the floor.
• A journal for reflections and insights.
• Water bottle.
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation.
This day retreat is suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or have experience in meditation. Come with an open heart and mind, ready to explore the rich tapestry of meditation practices and connect with your inner self. Shoes are not allowed in the Zen Den, please bring socks to keep your feet comfortable. We look forward to sharing this journey with you!
