Breakthrough T1D is the global leader in research and fundraising for type 1 diabetes, with the goal to find a cure for this chronic deadly autoimmune disease as well as provide community engagement events. The annual Greater Boise Breakthrough T1D fundraiser Walk will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park in Meridian. There will be informational and T1D screening tents, crafts and events for the kids, a 1.5 mile walk which is kid and elderly friendly, and lunch provided for all registered walkers. You can register as an individual walker or as a team and registration is free!
