Woman Who Aged Out Of Foster Care Is Advocating For Idaho Youth In The System

Every year, scores of young people age out of the foster care system. Some of them have nowhere to go. Our Morning Edition host George Prentice recently spoke with Ivy Smith to get her perspective on the shortcoomings of the system.
